Mutual evaluation of fit and setting of expectations. The more time we spend up front the easier the process will be on the back end.

Onboarding

Let’s dive into your company history, culture, mission statement, and values so that we can match these qualities in candidates.

Intake

This is the most critical step in the process, we’ll need to meet the Hiring Committee prior to commencing to fully understand the role beyond the job description. We’ll dive into team synergy, knowledge gaps, organizations or partners to avoid.

Submission

Each candidate is thoroughly vetted and interviewed by our internal team. We evaluate Communication Skills, Cultural and Technical fits.

Evaluation

We will book interviews, kickoff video interviews, perform background checks (reference, education, criminal…) and be as hands on as needed with presenting and negotiating the offer. We can also run candidates through the benefits and set expectations for the first day/week of employment.
